Traci Shupert Photography offers unique, custom portraiture of
expecting moms, newborns, babies, children, and families.
Every Session Fee includes:
- A custom portrait session at either my home studio in Goshen, IN (newborns) or at a location of your choosing.
- My time and talent before and during the session.
Session Fees are required to be paid in full to secure the session date.
Session Fees only include time and talent before and during the session.
A Digital Collection purchase is required with each session type (except the Belly Session Add-On).
THE SESSION FEES
All newborn sessions take place at my home studio in Goshen. Newborns are sleepiest and best photographed during the first 14 days of life. I encourage all clients to schedule their newborn session before baby’s arrival. We will tentatively schedule the newborn session and make adjustments if necessary.
The Newborn Session • $225
- 3 to 3.5 hour custom styled session for the newborn only at my home studio.
- 5-6 poses
The Newborn Mini Session • $175
- 1.5 to 2 hour custom styled session for the newborn only at my home studio.
- 2-3 poses
Newborn & Newborn Mini Session Add-Ons:
Belly Session Add-On • $150
- 30 minute maternity session at a location of your choosing.
- 10-12 hand edited images in an online gallery available for digital download to print for personal purposes.
- From experience, the 7th month of pregnancy is an ideal time for this session.
Family Add-On • $50
- Includes additional poses of the newborn with siblings and/or parents during the Newborn or Newborn Mini Session.
Milestone Sitting Add-On • $75
- 30 minute session when your baby is sitting (around 6-7 months old) at my home studio or one location of your choosing (weather permitting).
Milestone Standing/Walking Add-On • $75
- 30 minute session when your baby is standing/walking (around 1 year old) at my home studio or one location of your choosing (weather permitting).
The Simplicity Session • $150
- 1 hour session at one location of your choosing.
- Perfect for babies, children, and families.
- Pricing includes immediate family only. Add $10 per person.
The Mini Session • $75
- 20 minute session at one location.
- A great option for babies, children, and families who want to get a taste of what Traci Shupert Photography is all about.
- Pricing includes immediate family only. Add $10 per person.
THE DIGITAL COLLECTIONS
The purchase of a Digital Collection is required with each session purchase.
Deluxe Digital Collection • $475
- 25 hand edited digital images.
- Includes an online gallery of softproofed images to choose from.
- Additional images $15 each.
Complete Digital Collection • $400
- 20 hand edited digital images.
- Includes an online gallery of softproofed images to choose from.
- Additional images $20 each.
Petite Digital Collection • $275
- 10 hand edited digital images.
- Includes an online gallery of softproofed images to choose from.
- Additional images $25 each.
Professional prints, museum fine art gallery wraps, mini accordion albums, and session albums are available after the purchase of a Digital Collection.
Within 3 weeks of your session, your digital images will be available for download when payment is complete. The digital images may be used for personal printing purposes only. The Session Fee is non-refundable and required within 10 days of scheduling to secure the session date. Locations outside a 30 mile radius from Goshen, IN, will incur a $75 travel fee.
Indiana Sales Tax (7%) and shipping & handling will be collected when appropriate. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of products once payment is received. Photoblocks are shipped from an international location, so please allow more time. Traci Shupert Photography accepts all major credit cards and checks.
